Do I need to pay a registration fee or other fees after registering my property on tiket Homes?
No need to worry. The property registration and management process on tiket Homes are FREE, and there are no hidden fees. You will only be charged a commission when you get reservations. You can see the commission percentage and details on the registration page.
How about the payment process from customers who rent my property?
When customers book your property, they will pay to tiket.com. After the customers have successfully checked-in and checked-out, we will process the payment to your property within the specified timeframe.
How do I manage my property on tiket Homes?
You can manage your property anytime, 24/7, via the Extranet website or app. You can do everything easily, from setting the price and availability, checking reservations, managing promos, and many more.
When will my property go live and can be booked by tiket.com users?
After you register your property, we will verify its details first before activating it. This review process only takes a maximum of 2x24 hours. While waiting for this process, you are free to explore the features on the Extranet.
