You can set the user roles that manage your property on the Manage Users on tiket.com’s Extranet. 

There are three user roles to choose from: 

  1. Administrator

Users with the Administrator role will receive information about bookings, payment, changes in the Extranet, and password settings for new users.

Administrators also can edit and assign user roles that will manage your property.

  1. Finance

Users with the Finance role will receive information about payment and password settings for new users.  

  1. Reservation

Users with the Reservation role will receive information about bookings and password settings for new users. 

User roles will also determine the menus they can access. Users with the Administrator role can access all menus in the Extranet. Users with the Finance role can only access Finance and Bookings menus. Meanwhile, users with the Reservation role can access Rates & Availability, Promo & Campaign, and Bookings menus. 

Therefore, you can restrict access to some menus by choosing suitable user roles.
