Discover the importance of verifying your account and get insights into completing the account verification process on the Extranet.

  • How to verify my account?

    This tutorial was created based on the Manage User menu on the tiket.com Extranet’s desktop version.

    The users can verify their accounts by inputting the OTP code sent to the users’ email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

    The newly registered Extranet users must verify their accounts immediately after logging in.

    The existing Extranet users can verify their accounts through the Manage Users menu.

    You can also check all users’ verification status in the Manage Users menu.

    We will use the registered phone number and email address as the communication channels to contact the properties. Thus, all users must verify their accounts to ensure they can receive the payment and booking information sent to their emails or phone.

    Aside from that, the unverified users will have limited access to some Extranet features.

    Thus, we recommend you verify your account as soon as possible to access all Extranet features.
