    You can register your property on tiket.com easily through the tix.tiket.com website or manually through email to the tiket.com Market Manager Acquisition team.

    Follow these steps below to register your property on tiket.com through the website: 

    1. Open the tix.tiket.com website and log in using your account. If you don’t have an Extranet account yet, click the Register button to make an account. 
    2. Complete the account registration by filling in your full name, email address, and password, then click the Register button. 
    3. Choose the property category according to the property type you want to register.
    4. Complete all the required information to register your property on tiket.com.

    Besides the tix.tiket.com website, you can register your property through email at join@tiket.com. Please wait for further confirmation from the tiket.com Market Manager Acquisition team about your property registration. You can also contact the Market Manager team at the email address for registration assistance.

  • How do I register a villa or apartment?

    This tutorial was created based on the property registration process through the tix.tiket.com/homes website’s desktop version.

    With our vision to become the most loved OTA in Indonesia, we invite property owners to rent their properties at tiket.com. Aside from hotels, you can also rent various other property types at tiket.com to generate income.

    Here is a guide for registering non-hotel accommodations (NHA), such as villas and apartments at tiket.com:

    1. Go to tix.tiket.com/homes website to register your property. You can also register your property via email at join@tiket.com.
    2. Select Non-hotel Accommodation (NHA) as the property category you wish to register. This category includes villas, apartments, and other unique property types.
    3. Choose the place type that suits your property. The place types available on tiket.com include:
    • Multiple Units: Select this option if you are renting multiple rooms within the same unit.
    • Entire Place: Shared Facilities: Choose this option if you are renting an entire unit, but common facilities outside the unit will be shared with other guests. For example, if you are renting an apartment with a shared swimming pool.
    • Entire Place: Private Facilities: Choose this option if you are renting an entire unit with all facilities inside and outside the unit that can be enjoyed privately. For example, if you are renting a villa with a private swimming pool.
    1. Select the ownership type that suits your property.
    • Chain: Choose this option if your property is part of a chain or affiliated with a specific brand, then select the brand options from the dropdown menu.
    • Independent: Choose this option if your property is individually owned and not part of a chain or brand.
    1. Complete other important information, such as property address, contact information, room details, etc. accurately and upload high-quality photos to increase your property visibility at tiket.com.
    2. After registering your property online, wait for further confirmation from the Market Manager Acquisition team regarding your property registration.   • What are the requirements for a new property to go live at tiket.com?

    After registering your property independently or with the assistance from your Market Manager, we will review your property content. This review is conducted automatically by our system to ensure that your property has enough information to be listed (live) at tiket.com.

    Minimum requirements for your property to go live at tiket.com:

    1. The property name must not contain prohibited words, such as “Fuck,” “Fucking,” “Gambling,” etc.
    2. Complete address and coordinates on Google Maps
    3. Upload at least 4 property photos
    4. Upload at least 1 room photo
    5. Have at least 1 of the following facilities: TV, free WiFi, and free parking

    You can complete the above requirements when registering your property via the tix.tiket.com website or via Extranet for the registered properties. Learn more about how to upload photos, edit the general property information, or complete the facilities list in the related article.

    By completing the above requirements, your property will have enough information to be listed and rented at tiket.com. If your property has not met the minimum requirements, your property will be deactivated until you complete these requirements. This is to ensure that all properties rented at tiket.com have accurate and complete information. Thus, making it easier for tiket.com users to choose a suitable accommodation.

  • Do I need to pay any registration fee?

    Don’t worry! You will not be charged any fees when registering your property on tiket.com. You will only be charged a commission fee when a guest books your property according to the commission rate stated on your property contract.
